I grew up in North Jersey, I invest in this market with my own money, and I work with buyers, sellers, and investors full time. This is the longer version of that story.

A little about me
I got into real estate by buying it.
I grew up in Boonton Township in Morris County and have lived in North Jersey my entire life. After studying finance and marketing at Marist, I moved to Jersey City. Instead of renting, my fiancée and I bought a two bedroom condo in the Heights, rented out the spare bedroom, and renovated the place ourselves over time.
Selling that condo changed how I think about housing forever. We rolled the gains into the condo we live in now, which I also renovated, and kept building from there. Today that includes rentals out of state, and the next project is a multifamily purchase here in Jersey City. That journey is what pulled me into real estate full time, and it is the experience behind the advice I give every client.

Outside of work, life is pretty simple. The gym, a hiking trail, or a Rangers game. Most of our favorite nights end at a table at Corto or Razza with friends and family, and when we can get away, it is usually to Italy.

Real estate is relationship-driven, not transactional. I treat every client as a long-term partner, I connect you with the same attorneys, contractors, and lenders I use for my own properties, and I bring the same standards to your purchase that I bring to mine.
