My story
How I got started in real estate
After studying finance and marketing at Marist, I bought a two bedroom condo in the Jersey City Heights with my fiancée instead of renting. We rented out the spare bedroom and renovated the place ourselves over time.
When we sold it, we rolled the gains into the condo we live in now and renovated that one too. Today I also own rentals out of state, and next up is a multifamily purchase in Jersey City.
Going through all of that with my own money is what got me into real estate full time, and it's a big part of why I can be straight with clients about what a property will really take.
Outside of work, I'm usually at the gym or out hiking, and I go to Rangers games whenever I can. Our favorite nights are dinners at Corto or Razza with friends and family, and when we can get away, we love to travel.
