How I handle your information

What I collect and how I use it

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you enter. That can include your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any message you write. I don't ask for anything beyond that, and I don't buy contact lists.

How I use it

I use your information to respond to your inquiry and to work with you on your real estate needs. I don't sell or rent it to anyone.

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to my inbox through an email service provider. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability. I also use Metricool, a marketing analytics service, which loads a small tracking image on each page to count visits. My newsletter videos are hosted on YouTube and shown in its privacy-enhanced mode, so only the preview image loads from YouTube until you press play, and after that YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the video. This site itself does not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Updating or deleting your information

You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time by emailing dominic.rosato@compass.com. If you'd rather not hear from me, just say so and I'll stop reaching out.

My brokerage

I'm a licensed real estate salesperson with Compass, 281 Central Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07307. If you work with me on a transaction, Compass's own privacy policy also applies to the information shared during that transaction.

Questions

Email dominic.rosato@compass.com or call 973.224.8969 and I'll answer whatever you'd like to know. This policy comes from Dominic Rosato and may be updated as the site changes.
